Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VerveAI (the “Service”), operated by VerveAI (“VerveAI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VerveAI is a software tool that helps you draft, edit, schedule and publish content to LinkedIn, including AI-assisted writing suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published and for ensuring it complies with LinkedIn’s terms and all applicable laws. VerveAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
• send spam, run deceptive campaigns, or violate LinkedIn’s policies;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its rate limits; or
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate draft suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any content before publishing it. As between you and VerveAI, you own the content you create and publish, and you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

When you connect your LinkedIn account, you authorize VerveAI to publish on your behalf using LinkedIn’s official API and the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time from your settings. Your use of LinkedIn, OpenAI and other connected services is also governed by their respective terms.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Our payments, invoicing and tax are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates). Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, and the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to transactions. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We offer a free tier with monthly usage limits. We may change the features or limits of any plan, including the free plan, with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption of the free plan.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by VerveAI and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will meet your expectations. We do not guarantee any specific results, reach, or growth on LinkedIn or any other platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerveAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers and liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
